Graduated in 1986 from the Fine Arts Department of Heze Teachers College, Shandong

Completed studies in 2002 at the Mural Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts

Chen Yu’s paintings are collected in various public spaces, including the Shangri-La Hotel in London, the Westin Hotel in Beijing, the Langham Hilton Hotel in Beijing, the Crown Hotel in Macau, the Crown Hotel in Melbourne, and the French company Bebeo.
